Someone from our team will give you a call to give you more information about the Founders Rate and what it entails. They'll also ask you a few questions on what's been bothering you to ensure we can help and we're the right fit for you. This call typically takes about 15-20 minutes.

What if our schedule gets completely booked?

Spots are limited and first come, first serve. Once our calendar is completely booked, we will no longer offer the Founders Rate. If you've been thinking about working with us, now is the time!

Will the Founders Rate be offered again in the future?

No, we will not be offering the Founders Rate again in the future. This is truly a way to celebrate the new location with the people who matter most to us!

Am I obligated to anything by signing up for this?

No, being on the waitlist does not obligate you to anything. It just gives you the opportunity to be first in line for the Founders Rate if you choose to move forward with a Plan of Care. Once our calendar is full, we will no longer be offering the Founders Rate. This is a limited, first come first serve offer!
